Bio: Mark Aber
Mark Aber is an Associate Professor of Psychology. His primary area of research is
in the Clinical/Community and Social-Personality-Organizational divisions. His research interests
fall into three general categories. First, he is interested in understanding and intervening with
adolescents at high risk for the development of socio-emotional problems. Second, he is interested
in understanding the conceptualization and treatment of these high-risk youth by the legal and mental
health systems. Third, he is interested in developing new data analytic approaches for the study of
developmental data.
